We are pleased to invite you to the International Dairy Federation Joint Symposium on Dairy Drying Technology and Recombined Milk Products in Cork, Ireland, from the 13th -15th May 2025.

This event combines previous IDF symposia i.e. the Symposium on Spray Dried Dairy Products and the Symposium on Recombined Milk and Milk products. A content-rich 3-day agenda, delivered by renowned experts in their field, will highlight state-of-the-art research in the field of dairy powder production and subsequent recombined milk applications. The content will be applied in nature i.e. scientifically robust with strong relevance to real-world drying processes and powder applications.

The joint nature of the symposium brings together all stakeholders (academic and industrial) with an interest in powder production and use to engage and cultivate relationships with world-renowned researchers and each other.
